How do I buy something I find here?

Does the price shown include delivery to my door?
Treat our recorded price and currency conversion as a browsing estimate. Budget separately for the item, delivery to the Chinese warehouse, international shipping and any applicable service, payment or import charges. Review the current USFans checkout and shipping quote before committing.
What should I check before placing an order?
Match the seller's measurements to something you own, confirm the exact variant and check availability on the live listing. Our catalogue is a snapshot, so prices, stock and options can change. Check shipping eligibility before buying liquids, perfume or electronics.
Do I need an account, and where does the registration button go?
You can browse Findsbook without a USFans account. To place an order, create or sign in to an account on USFans. Our registration link opens usfans.com/register?ref=T2JMMC. If you see the homepage, check whether you are already signed in; use a private window if you need to view the sign-up form.
QC & warehouse
Are the QC photos here photos of my own order?
No. They are reference photos associated with the listed item, not a promise about your next purchase. USFans checks and photographs goods after warehouse arrival. Review the photos attached to your own order before arranging international shipping; photos alone do not establish authenticity or hidden performance.
What should I look for in my warehouse QC photos?
Compare colour, size labels, quantity and visible condition with what you ordered. For fit or an unclear detail, ask USFans about additional photographs or measurements before shipping. Check availability and any charge for that service rather than assuming standard QC covers every detail.
Can I wait for more items and ship them together?
Use your USFans Warehouse to review stored items and plan a parcel once the items you want are ready. Check the current storage deadline and whether those goods can share a route. Compare a combined parcel with separate shipments; consolidation is not a guarantee of the lowest final cost.
What if the item looks wrong or I want to return it?
Contact USFans through the order as soon as you notice the issue, ideally while the item is still in the warehouse. Include the order number and clear photo evidence. Check that item's return terms and deadline: eligibility, seller approval and possible charges vary. Findsbook cannot approve a return or issue a refund.

How do I estimate international shipping?
Use the USFans shipping estimate with your destination and expected parcel weight and dimensions. Check the route's billing rules, including whether volumetric weight applies. Packaging and the final measured parcel can affect the quote, so an item price or rough estimate is not a final shipping bill.
Why might no shipping route be available?
Before paying, check with USFans whether your item can travel to your destination. Product restrictions and parcel size or weight can limit the available routes; liquids and some other goods need particular care. If no route appears, ask USFans to review the items and parcel rather than assuming every catalogue item can be shipped everywhere.
How long will delivery take, and where do I track it?
Allow for separate stages: seller dispatch, arrival and processing at the warehouse, then international delivery after you submit a parcel. Check the selected route's estimate and follow your order and parcel tracking inside USFans. If tracking stalls or a parcel arrives damaged, contact USFans with the parcel number and supporting evidence.
Who should I contact about payment, an order or a refund?
Use USFans support while signed in for account, payment, warehouse, shipping and refund questions. Include the relevant order or parcel number and a concise description of the problem.
